Using "Adobe Photoshop" our bike design team works with you to design a brand new bike that you will love!

We dismantle your bike frame from top to bottom and thoroughly sand all surfaces back to factory form. This stage is huge because it allows the new paint to adhere to the frame.
Phase 3: Creation

Our environmentally friendly, (non-aerosol, non-solvent based paint) U.S. based paint partner, Custom Premium Paints Inc. supplies us with the paint our customers request. We then apply 16-20 airbrushed layers of paint. Decals, designs, and/or patterns are applies at this stage as well. Finally, we apply several layers of clear coat to make sure the bike stands up to Father Time.

After approximately 3-5 days, the wait is over. Happy trails riding your brand new bike.
